• Deposit

    • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

    • The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward your total service price.

    Cancellations and Rescheduling

    • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment or make changes to your service.

    • If less than 48 hours' notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited.

    No-Shows

    • Failure to show up for your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

    • You will also be required to prepay in full for any future appointments.

    • Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the loss of your deposit as a late fee, and the full service amount will still be charged at checkout.

    • Exfoliate Gently: After 10 days, gently exfoliate your brows to promote healthy skin and maintain your results.

    • Follow Aftercare Instructions: We’ll provide you with detailed aftercare guidelines tailored to your specific service, along with product recommendations to help maintain your brows between appointments.

  • During your consultation, we’ll assess your natural brows, discuss your desired look, and recommend the service that best suits your preferences and lifestyle.

    • Ombre Brows: Results can last 3-5 years, with a touch-up recommended every 12-18 months.

    • Brow Lamination: Typically lasts 6 weeks with proper aftercare.

    • Brow Styling (Shaping & Tinting): Tint lasts 2-4 weeks, and shaping lasts until your hair regrowth.

    • Lash-lift & tint: Lift typically last 6-8 weeks, and tint 4 weeks.

  • Yes! During your consultation, let us know about any skin sensitivities or allergies so we can tailor the treatment to your needs.

  • Yes, you can still enjoy brow services during pregnancy! However, here are a few things to consider:

    • Lamination and Lash Lift: Due to hormonal changes during pregnancy, these services may not process the same way or yield the usual long-lasting results.

    • Brow Styling (Shaping & Tinting): This service is completely safe, though you might experience increased sensitivity during waxing or tweezing.

    • Cosmetic Tattoo: We are unable to perform any pmu services during pregnancy or IVF
