By accessing or using this website, making a booking or purchasing from Frmd Artistry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will apply from the date they are published on our website.
1. OUR SERVICES
Frmd Artistry provides beauty services including cosmetic tattooing, brow styling, brow lamination, lash treatments, facial waxing and other beauty treatments offered through our website or booking platform.
Every treatment is personalised to the individual client. Results may vary depending on factors including your natural features, skin type, lifestyle, healing response, previous treatments and aftercare.
We reserve the right to change, add or remove services at any time.
2. BOOKINGS
Appointments may be booked through our online booking system or directly with Frmd Artistry where available.
You are responsible for ensuring the information provided when booking is accurate and complete.
Please carefully check the date, time, treatment and location of your appointment before confirming your booking.
Where treatment suitability needs to be assessed before your appointment, we may request photographs or additional information from you.
Frmd Artistry reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment where we believe the requested service is not suitable, safe or appropriate for you.
3. DEPOSITS
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non refundable.
Your deposit will be deducted from the remaining balance of your treatment unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been successfully received.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice.
Appointments cancelled, rescheduled or changed within 48 hours of the appointment may result in your deposit being forfeited.
A new deposit may be required to secure another appointment.
Repeated cancellations or changes may require future appointments to be paid in full before booking.
5. LATE ARRIVALS
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will always do our best with the appointment time available.
However, arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean there is not enough time to safely or properly complete your treatment.
Where an appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and your deposit may be forfeited.
6. NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS
If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided notice, the appointment will be considered a no show.
No show appointments may be charged up to the full value of the booked service.
Future appointments may require full payment in advance.
7. COSMETIC TATTOO APPOINTMENTS
Cosmetic tattooing is performed over multiple stages and healed results cannot be guaranteed from one appointment alone.
Where a touch up appointment is recommended, this is considered part of the treatment process rather than a correction of defective work.
Your final result will depend on factors including your skin, natural lip or brow tissue, lifestyle, medications, health history, previous cosmetic treatments and how closely you follow your pre care and aftercare instructions.
Pigment retention varies between clients and additional sessions may occasionally be required.
Cosmetic tattoo treatments will only proceed where Frmd Artistry considers the treatment appropriate and safe.
We may refuse treatment where there is a contraindication, where the skin or treatment area is unsuitable or where proceeding may compromise your health or the quality of the result.
8. CONSULTATIONS AND TREATMENT DESIGN
Your treatment will be designed around your individual features, goals and suitability.
For cosmetic tattoo treatments, the proposed shape and colour will be discussed with you before tattooing begins.
You are encouraged to ask questions and communicate any concerns or preferences before treatment begins.
By approving the design and proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review and discuss the proposed result.
9. RESULTS
While Frmd Artistry takes great care in providing all services, individual results cannot be guaranteed.
Beauty and cosmetic tattoo treatments interact differently with every person's skin, hair, tissue and healing response.
Reference images, inspiration photographs and previous client results are intended as a guide only and do not guarantee an identical outcome.
Our focus is on creating a result that suits and enhances your individual features rather than recreating another person's treatment exactly.
10. PRE CARE AND AFTERCARE
Where pre care or aftercare instructions are provided, you are responsible for following them.
Failing to follow these instructions may affect your treatment, healing, pigment retention or final result.
Frmd Artistry is not responsible for results that are negatively affected by failure to follow the provided care instructions.
If you have any concerns during the healing process, please contact us directly before attempting to treat or alter the area yourself.
11. MEDICAL INFORMATION AND TREATMENT SUITABILITY
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, previous treatments, pregnancy, breastfeeding or other circumstances that may affect your treatment.
Frmd Artistry does not provide medical advice.
Where appropriate, we may recommend that you seek advice or clearance from a qualified medical professional before proceeding with treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone any service where we believe doing so is appropriate for your safety.
12. GUESTS
Frmd Artistry operates from a private studio.
You may bring someone with you to your appointment unless advised otherwise.
We ask that guests remain quiet and occupied during the treatment so we can give you our full attention and provide the safest and best possible experience.
Where a guest disrupts the treatment environment or affects our ability to perform the service safely, we may ask them to leave the treatment area.
13. PRICING
All prices displayed on our website and booking platform are in Australian Dollars.
We make every effort to ensure our prices are accurate and current.
Prices may change at any time.
Where you have already secured an appointment with a deposit, the price applicable to your booking will be the price agreed at the time of booking unless otherwise clearly stated.
Any promotions, discounts or special offers are subject to the individual terms stated with that offer.
14. PAYMENT
The remaining balance of your appointment is payable according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking.
Where payment plans are offered, additional terms or fees may apply through the relevant payment provider.
You are responsible for ensuring payments are successfully completed.
15. GIFT CARDS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Gift cards and promotional offers are subject to any expiry dates, service restrictions or conditions stated when issued.
Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with another offer.
16. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website is accurate and current.
